PAMS, in partnership with Invoice Cloud, accepts ACH/electronic checks (electronic fund transfer from your checking or savings account) and credit/debit card payments of bills. It offers premium security and ease of use.

Our online bill presentment and payment solution provide customers with the following benefits:

  • You can pay with ACH electronic check ($0.40 convenience fee)
  • You can pay with a credit/debit card ($6.00 convenience fee)
  • You may choose to eliminate paper invoices and receive your bill by email
  • You have the option to pay immediately
  • You have the option to schedule a payment
  • You have the option to sign up for Auto-Pay (automatic deduction on the bill due date)

Use of a credit/debit card or ACH will incur a convenience fee. Convenience fees cover various administrative costs associated with accepting payments and are non-refundable. The convenience fee is automatically calculated and is shown on the payment page before you submit your payment for processing. Convenience fees may appear as a separate charge from the bill amount on your bank or credit card statement.
